Salesforce CPQ Business System Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Business Systems Analyst to lead the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem for new product offers. The role sits between Product Management, Sales Operations and Finance, acting as the technical architect and execution lead.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex pricing strategies and product bundles into functional requirements within Salesforce CPQ or equivalent platforms.
• Build, test and maintain the product catalog, ensuring accurate SKU, attribute and pricing rule mapping across GTM systems.
• Drive the systems roadmap for upcoming launches, manage stakeholder dependencies and guarantee “Day 1” readiness.
• Lead end-to-end testing (UAT), including discount logic, contract amendments and downstream billing integration.
• Act as the liaison between product owners and business systems teams, creating system diagrams, process maps and sales‑enablement guides.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Sales Ops Analyst or Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Deep hands‑on experience with CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, Conga) and Salesforce CRM.
• Proven track record managing complex subscription, usage‑based and tiered pricing models.
• Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting SKU configuration and data flow issues.
• Builder mentality – comfortable presenting to leadership and configuring price rules in a sandbox.
