Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to design and deliver scalable, high‑impact dashboards using modern data tools. The role focuses on leveraging Sigma and Snowflake to turn complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable insights.
• Analyze large datasets in Snowflake to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and data models in Sigma.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and optimize data models in Snowflake to support reporting and analytics.
• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize performance for large‑scale datasets.
• Engage with SMEs, act as a trusted advisor, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Standardize reporting processes, drive automation, and ensure data accuracy across dashboards.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Sigma for dashboarding and reporting.
• Strong experience with Snowflake (data querying, modeling, optimization).
• Advanced SQL skills for working with large datasets.
