Sr. iOS Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer to join Experian’s mobile team and help build our flagship iOS application. The role is fully remote, based in Costa Rica, and focuses on delivering high‑quality, performant features for our global users.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of Experian’s flagship iOS native application.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of the app; identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation; implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Coordinate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage project timelines, participate in sprint planning, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional iOS application development experience.
• Proven ability to work in an agile environment and deliver features on schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Swift and Objective‑C.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
