Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of sales professionals across assigned territories, driving daily activities to meet and exceed established sales goals. This role combines strategic planning, customer relationship management, and team coaching to grow revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned sales territories and oversee day‑to‑day activities of the sales team.
• Create and implement customer‑specific business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase profitability.
• Set, track, and communicate individual and team sales targets.
• Perform inbound and outbound sales calls to quote prices, provide product information, and build relationships.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts and evaluate customer slippage reports.
• Monitor account credit status and coordinate with the Credit department as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date account profiles and provide competitive intelligence to management.
• Lead hiring, coaching, performance management, and recognition programs for the sales team.
• Participate in vendor‑ and corporate‑sponsored training to stay current on products and industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex issues promptly.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships and coach team members.
• Resilience under high workload and tight deadlines.
