About the role
The Rooms Controller Supervisor will oversee the rooms management system to ensure optimal room allocation, accurate inventory control, and seamless coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations. This role is essential for delivering a consistent five‑star guest experience while driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily room allocation and inventory management across the property.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations to maintain real‑time room status.
- Monitor and adjust room assignments to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and five‑star service expectations.
- Generate reports on room availability, turnover, and performance metrics.
- Train and support staff on the rooms management system and best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or technical studies in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within Rooms Division, Front Office, Rooms Control, or Housekeeping at a supervisory or coordination level.
- Previous experience in luxury hotels or international hotel brands is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in room assignment and inventory control.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
