Risk and Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Risk and Compliance Analyst will help embed a strong risk and compliance culture across the organization by executing the company’s risk and compliance strategy. You will conduct assessments, perform testing, and report findings to stakeholders and compliance management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and conduct risk assessments related to specific regulations and business processes.
• Perform compliance testing and collaborate with risk audit teams to validate risks, audit results, and remediation actions.
• Analyze compliance risk, identify issues, and provide consulting on projects and initiatives.
• Support special projects such as monthly trend reporting, root‑cause analysis, and remediation of unresolved issues.
• Partner with management to promote a compliance‑focused culture through consulting, document review, and training development.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Coordinate and execute regulatory examinations, bank audits, and regulatory action items, acting as a liaison with corporate legal.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Risk Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Liberal Arts, Science).
• 1‑3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or related financial/corporate environments.
• Proven ability in legal research, business/technical writing, and translating regulatory requirements into business actions.
• Strong analytical, data‑analysis, and project‑management capabilities.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word.
