GBS Accounting Analyst

About the role

Are you a highly analytical thinker who thrives on optimizing processes and tackling corporate accounting challenges? This role offers the chance to own key accounting processes and make a tangible impact on financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting functions, including journal entries for accruals, prepayments, reclassifications, and bank transactions.
• Perform comprehensive account reconciliations and prepare detailed reports for Accounts Payable, Intercompany, Prepayments, and Banks.
• Ensure strict compliance with fiscal electronic invoicing regulations.
• Support intercompany processes and month‑end closing activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to uphold internal accounting controls and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Advanced student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with AP, General Ledger, and Intercompany processes.
• 2–3 years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• B2 level English proficiency.
