Remote Frontend Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Frontend Developer to join our AI training program across Latin America. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in any engineering discipline (full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, etc.).
• Legally authorised to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
