Remote Cloud Engineer – AI Code Review & Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking remote Cloud Engineers to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The work is fully asynchronous, flexible up to 40 hours per week, and does not require prior AI experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software‑engineering experience (junior to senior level).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
• Experience with full‑stack, backend, frontend, or mobile development is a plus.
