Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function for its globally distributed team. In this remote position you will shape hiring strategies, guide a large team of recruiting leaders, and ensure the process aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 recruiting leaders across multiple regions.
• Design and implement innovative hiring strategies that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and business‑focused.
• Track, analyze and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary benchmarks.
• Continuously refine recruitment workflows based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders in a talent acquisition or recruiting environment.
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
