Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruiter to support our hiring initiatives. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both applicants and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, social platforms, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment status.
• Post job openings and manage recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding documentation and processes.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive, professional mindset and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and recruitment tools.
