Quality Control Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector ensures that medical components and products meet all specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. Working on the production floor, you will perform visual, dimensional, functional and physical inspections while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct visual, dimensional, functional and physical inspections on products from all production areas.
• Follow work instructions and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Verify packaging and accompanying documentation for outbound shipments.
• Capture and enter inspection data with precision.
• Assist in root‑cause investigations, data collection and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Apply Lean Enterprise methods to reduce waste and simplify processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Support the Quality Assurance department with filing and digitising documents.

Required profile

• Diploma in Quality Technology or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing inspection or quality assurance.
• Proven experience using inspection and measurement systems.

Required skills

• Visual inspection techniques.
• Dimensional measurement (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Functional and physical testing methods.
• Accurate data capture and entry.
• Documentation and record‑keeping.
• Lean Enterprise methodology.
