Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. The role involves coordinating resources, managing risks, and communicating progress to stakeholders across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects ensuring on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery.
• Define, track and report project milestones and integrated delivery plans.
• Liaise with resource managers to secure required staffing.
• Apply risk management strategies and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Review and approve project time‑cards and manage financial forecasting, monitoring and reporting.
• Assess and process change requests, communicating impacts on scope, schedule and cost.
• Coordinate with supplier management on engagement, quality and cost.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards (e.g., SOX, computer systems validation) and internal PM methodology.
• Provide regular status updates and represent the project in governance forums.
• Mentor and share best practices within the PMO.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in project management.
• Proven record of planning and delivering complex projects, preferably in software/IT environments.
• Experience managing remote teams and customer relationships.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel to Chile and Mexico; fluency in English and Spanish.
