Production Operator – MPVS TB

About the role
CooperSurgical Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to join its MPVS TB assembly line in Costa Rica. You will work in a clean‑room environment, supporting the manufacturing of medical devices used in fertility and minimally invasive surgery.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks on one or more production cells or lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at your workstation and in the work area.
- Follow written methods, procedures, and safety protocols for all products.
- Wear required attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
- Execute directions from supervisors and complete additional assignments as needed.
- Adhere to company behavior and compliance policies.
Required profile
- Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Previous experience working on production lines.
Required skills
- Manual assembly techniques.
- Use of hand tools.
- Operation of computerized control equipment.
