Production Operator – Assembly Line

About the role

CooperSurgical Inc., a leading women’s health company in Costa Rica, is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will work on assembly lines that produce medical devices used in fertility and minimally invasive surgery, ensuring high quality and compliance with clean‑room standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks in one or more production cells or lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation, cleaning daily.
• Follow written methods, procedures, and company behavior policies.
• Wear required attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
• Follow directions from supervisors and complete additional assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Experience working on production lines.

Required skills

• Manual assembly experience.
• Knowledge of assembly procedures.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Experience operating computerized control equipment.
