Procurement Manager – HR & Corporate Services

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities across HR, Professional Services, and Corporate Services categories. The role is hands‑on, focusing on the tactical execution of high‑volume sourcing projects, supplier engagement, and contract management to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of sourcing and procurement projects across HR, Professional Services, Corporate Services and other indirect spend categories.
• Execute sourcing activities in line with established procurement policies, procedures and category strategies.
• Lead supplier selection processes, including RFQs, competitive bids, evaluations and commercial assessments.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, SLAs and other commercial conditions to achieve cost savings.
• Review and support contract execution while ensuring compliance with internal requirements.
• Conduct supplier risk assessments and proactively identify commercial, operational and contractual risks.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritise preferred suppliers and existing vendor partnerships where appropriate.
• Track procurement activities and maintain accurate documentation in sourcing systems.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, compliance and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of procurement, sourcing or supplier‑management experience.
• Proven experience supporting HR, Professional Services, Corporate Services or similar indirect‑spend categories.
