About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at CooperSurgical. The role involves assembling medical devices in a clean‑room environment, ensuring high quality and compliance with procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks on one or more production cells or lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area and clean your workstation daily.
- Follow written methods, procedures and company behavior policies.
- Wear required attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
- Follow directions from supervisors and carry out additional assignments as needed.
- Complete forms and perform basic mathematical operations related to production.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Ability to work safely with hand tools and equipment.
- Willingness to work in an onsite, production‑line environment.
Required skills
- Manual assembly experience.
- Use of hand tools.
- Operation of computerized control equipment.
- Basic math for form filling.
