About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at CooperSurgical. The role involves assembling medical devices in a clean‑room environment, ensuring high quality and compliance with procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks on one or more production cells or lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area and clean your workstation daily.
• Follow written methods, procedures and company behavior policies.
• Wear required attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
• Follow directions from supervisors and carry out additional assignments as needed.
• Complete forms and perform basic mathematical operations related to production.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to work safely with hand tools and equipment.
• Willingness to work in an onsite, production‑line environment.

Required skills

• Manual assembly experience.
• Use of hand tools.
• Operation of computerized control equipment.
• Basic math for form filling.
