Media Sr. Value Stream Manager

About the role

The Media Sr. Value Stream Manager will lead the end‑to‑end manufacturing operations for media products, overseeing formulation, aseptic filling and packaging within regulated cleanroom environments. This senior position ensures production meets demand while upholding the highest safety, quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Media Manufacturing value‑stream activities, including formulation, aseptic filling and packaging.
• Set production priorities, allocate resources and maintain uninterrupted flow based on customer demand, capacity and material availability.
• Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory and People metrics while complying with GMP, ISO and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor manufacturing performance, identify bottlenecks and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Maintenance and Technical Operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and material availability to support production plans.
• Lead investigations of deviations, non‑conforming material, scrap and quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and approve engineering changes, NCMRs, CAPAs, procedures and other quality system documentation.
• Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Partner with Supply Chain and suppliers to address material requirements and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing manufacturing operations in regulated environments (GMP, ISO).
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results in cleanroom settings (ISO Class 5, 7, 8).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
