Operador/a de Sala de Control

About the role

Holcim is seeking a Control Room Operator to join its Cartago plant. You will be responsible for running the production line safely and efficiently, ensuring raw material supply and meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and control the production line in compliance with strict quality and safety standards.
• Start‑up and shut‑down equipment on the line efficiently.
• Adjust process parameters to achieve required production goals.
• Support the coordinator during scheduled or emergency furnace shutdowns.
• Perform technical measurements and monitor process variables to maintain standardization.
• Ensure continuous supply of raw materials and inputs for uninterrupted operation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a production technician or supervisor.
• Experience handling chemical controls and thermal systems.
• Technical training or degree in chemical engineering.
