Onsite Customer Service Representative – Policy Servicing

About the role

We are looking for an onsite Customer Service Representative to join our policy servicing team in Heredia. The role focuses on handling life and annuities insurance policies, ensuring accurate processing and high‑quality support for policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process policy servicing requests, including amendments, endorsements, and cancellations, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and update policyholder records in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve policy‑related queries and discrepancies.
• Prepare, analyze, and present policy data and reports using MS Office tools for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular audits of policy data to ensure accuracy and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting life and annuities insurance.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance domain knowledge and technical skills.
• Support the company’s mission to deliver exceptional service that positively impacts customers and society.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in policy servicing or a related insurance function.
• Strong understanding of life and annuities insurance policies, terms, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive attitude toward learning new processes and technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
