Materials Planning Analyst III

About the role

As a Materials Planning Analyst III you will join the Supply Chain team to support the planning department. You will work closely with production, engineering and purchasing to ensure material availability for manufacturing schedules and new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product line schedules using MRP tools.
• Prepare data and graphs for the global S&OP process and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and project teams to schedule customer production and project builds.
• Analyze plant capacity, manage product conversions and new product introductions.
• Coordinate production plans, ensuring materials are supplied according to schedule.
• Interface with purchasing, quality, marketing, technical manufacturing and customer service to monitor execution and resolve shortages.
• Implement and maintain visual planning boards on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of production or manufacturing experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Strong computer and mathematical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret job travelers, blueprints, diagrams and technical documents.
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of handling confidential information.
• Comfort working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with an MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system.
