About the role
Boxful, one of the fastest‑growing startups in Central America, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help shape and execute its regional marketing strategy. This is an entry‑level position ideal for recent graduates or students eager to learn and make an impact in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualize and launch marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Create and curate content for social media, blogs, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with creators and influencers to amplify brand reach.
- Develop partnerships and coordinate product launches.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously experiment, learn from results, and iterate quickly.
Required profile
- Strong curiosity and a habit of asking questions.
- High motivation to learn and grow within a startup.
- Creative judgment and the ability to turn ideas into action.
- Self‑initiative, fast learning, and a results‑oriented mindset.
