Senior Analyst – Digital Media & Programmatic

About the role

Kepler is looking for a Senior Analyst on its Activation team to act as the primary client contact, oversee campaign execution and drive program management and innovation across digital media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Refine expertise in social, video, programmatic DSP, search, UAC and 3rd‑party device advertising.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day liaison for assigned clients and vendors, escalating and resolving issues.
• Partner with clients to understand business goals and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the Optimization & Innovation Manager and other team members to design and execute sophisticated programs.
• Manage one or more Optimization & Innovation Analysts.
• Execute and monitor all aspects of campaign setup and performance measurement.
• Contribute to weekly, monthly and annual client insights and strategy reports.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of paid social and programmatic digital advertising experience.
• Experience with client and account management, ad policies and creative standards.
• In‑depth knowledge of video, display and audio inventory types.
• Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and third‑party inventory.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis tools.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication (B2+).
