Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, creative and results‑driven Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads and drive sales growth. The role works closely with the National Accounts Manager, the Sales Team and external partners to coordinate campaigns, digital content, events and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop and maintain sales support materials such as presentations, proposals, flyers and brochures.
• Manage the company website and publish content on social media platforms to increase engagement.
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, industry events and customer meetings, handling logistics and promotional materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research, maintain databases and prepare performance reports.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support email marketing campaigns, direct mail initiatives and partner marketing programs.
• Assist lead generation activities aligned with revenue‑growth objectives.
• Support budget tracking, invoice processing and general administrative documentation.
