Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Shift Living is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the launch and growth of its flagship regenerative community, Shift Esperanza, in Nosara, Costa Rica. The role will manage day‑to‑day marketing activities across digital channels, brand management, sales enablement, content creation, CRM, and website support, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.
• Manage the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and offline media.
• Assist in planning campaign calendars, launches, and promotional initiatives that support sales priorities.
• Navigate Meta Ads Manager to troubleshoot issues, make quick updates, and optimise ad performance.
• Support the production of marketing assets that strengthen the brand and guide the buyer journey.
• Work within CRM platforms, preferably Go High Level, to manage pipeline and customer data.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, photographers, videographers, and the sales team to ensure consistent brand execution.

Required profile

• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
