Marketing & Creative Coordinator

About the role

Shift Living is seeking a hands‑on Marketing & Creative Coordinator to translate the company’s strategy, messaging, and creative direction into high‑quality marketing assets. Working under the Head of Marketing, you will produce social media content, paid‑media creatives, sales collateral and support website and campaign initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create on‑brand marketing assets, including paid ads for Meta and Google, sales materials, signage, presentations and flyers.
• Produce social media graphics, carousels, stories, reels and edit short‑form video using existing and newly captured footage.
• Manage day‑to‑day posting and execution of the social media content calendar.
• Capture everyday photo and video content for social channels and support event‑related content creation.
• Assist with website and landing‑page updates, content uploads and quality‑assurance.
• Prepare, resize, format and organize creative assets across marketing channels and coordinate printing and production.

Required profile

• Strong visual design instincts with a portfolio of high‑quality creative work.
• Experience creating social media, digital advertising and other marketing assets.
• Ability to work quickly at volume while maintaining brand consistency.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Canva (advanced proficiency).
• Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design tools.
• CapCut or similar video‑editing software for reels.
• Basic website/CMS experience; familiarity with AI‑assisted tools such as Lovable is a plus.
• Light CRM/GHL and marketing automation support.
