Marketing & Communications Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our small in‑house team in Sabana, San Jose. The role focuses on turning marketing concepts into executed campaigns across digital channels while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Develop, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns.
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of Google Ads campaigns.
• Assist with SEO initiatives and ongoing website optimisation.
• Write clear copy for ads, social media, email, WhatsApp and other marketing materials.
• Prepare briefs for designers and content creators and ensure asset delivery.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Identify PR opportunities, support media outreach and maintain partner relationships.
• Help with product launches, activations, promotional events and keep projects organised.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Good working knowledge of Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment.
