Manufacturing Technician 1 – Production Support

About the role

The Manufacturing Technician 1 provides technical support to the production line, helping to develop and improve processes, tools, and equipment for reliable and efficient manufacturing. You will work closely with operators, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure stable production and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily production activities, including first‑pass yield calculations and productivity analysis.
• Participate in management meetings, Gemba walks, and collaborate with operators, supervisors, and engineers.
• Perform validation activities, troubleshoot scrap issues, and follow safety practices.
• Contribute to quality initiatives such as CAPA, NCRs, CIPs, and problem‑solving projects.
• Execute tasks using PLM systems and follow defined workflows and instructions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a related degree is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the medical field.
• Basic to intermediate English reading/comprehension skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using PLM systems.
• Knowledge of Windchill (preferred).
