Manufacturing Engineer III

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer III will apply standard engineering techniques to improve manufacturing processes and act as the bridge between production and engineering teams. The role supports the introduction of new products and drives continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in cross‑functional project teams to identify and implement process and product improvements.
• Design, perform, and document engineering test experiments to evaluate performance.
• Develop, test, and validate equipment, tools, and fixtures.
• Analyze process models and recommend enhancements.
• Write and execute protocols for Equipment Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Process Performance Qualification (PQ).
• Apply risk management and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to projects.
• Interface with assemblers, production supervisors, and engineers to troubleshoot floor issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers for improvement plans and act independently to implement solutions.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of failed products and drive yield, cycle‑time, and scrap reductions.
• Participate in product core team meetings and adhere to quality system requirements.

Required profile

• Engineering background with proven experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with quality systems and documentation standards.
