Manager Marketing Services – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for Marketing Services within its Advisors & Consulting Services division. The role leads the development and execution of marketing strategies for a diverse global client base, leveraging data-driven insights and Mastercard’s proprietary platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across multiple industries, defining problem statements and delivering marketing solutions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients.
• Own relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing agenda, culture, and change readiness.
• Guide and mentor a team of consultants, delivering impactful presentations and fostering skill growth.
• Provide day‑to‑day project leadership, ensuring innovative solution delivery.
• Collaborate with internal Mastercard product and business development teams to scope projects and build intellectual capital.

• Proven experience leading client‑facing marketing engagements.
• Strong ability to assess client needs, internal culture, and readiness for change.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing consulting teams.
