Manager, Environmental Health & Safety – Orthopedics

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is separating its Orthopedics business to become the standalone company DePuy Synthes. The Manager, Environmental Health & Safety will support the MedTech Orthopedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica, providing leadership for environmental health, safety and facilities services during this transition.

Key responsibilities

• Support the MedTech Orthopedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica.
• Lead the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) function and related facilities services.
• Act as a people leader for the EH&S team.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable health, safety and environmental regulations throughout the separation process.

Required profile

• Experience in environmental health and safety management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Familiarity with the MedTech or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Willingness to transition to employment with DePuy Synthes after the business separation.
