About the role
Johnson & Johnson is separating its Orthopedics business to become the standalone company DePuy Synthes. The Manager, Environmental Health & Safety will support the MedTech Orthopedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica, providing leadership for environmental health, safety and facilities services during this transition.
Key responsibilities
- Support the MedTech Orthopedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica.
- Lead the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) function and related facilities services.
- Act as a people leader for the EH&S team.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable health, safety and environmental regulations throughout the separation process.
Required profile
- Experience in environmental health and safety management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Familiarity with the MedTech or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Willingness to transition to employment with DePuy Synthes after the business separation.
