Junior Talent Acquisition Sourcer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. This entry‑level position supports the recruitment of one of our largest accounts in the healthcare sector, helping to build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Use sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards and social media to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach, maintain communication, and screen resumes to assess qualifications.
• Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with interview scheduling.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent community engagement.
• Track sourcing metrics, generate reports, and help analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and stay up‑to‑date with sourcing best practices.

Required profile

• High school diploma; studies in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 1 year of experience in HR, data entry, customer service or a back‑office role.
• Fluent English and Spanish (B2+ oral and written).
• Excellent communication, detail‑orientation, strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using social media platforms for recruitment outreach.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
