Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an analytical and agile HR Generalist to provide essential entry-level HR support to our Senior HRBP within a dynamic, large-scale Shared Services organization. In this role, you will help drive the talent agenda, resolve complex employee relations puzzles, and champion organizational health to achieve key business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside the Senior HRBP on talent management processes including headcount management, top talent identification, talent development, succession planning, rewards systems, performance management, and organizational health initiatives such as employee sensing and engagement programs.
• Monitor people analytics and utilization metrics to track retention, employee experience, and proactively address organizational health trends.
• Provide counsel and support to line leaders on HR process execution and employee‑relations case management, serving as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions.
• Collaborate with HR specialty areas—talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and HR operations—to execute data‑driven workforce strategies.
• Oversee disciplinary‑action processes and ensure rigorous follow‑up on action plans to maintain a compliant, high‑performing workplace culture.
• Partner with the Senior HRBP on involuntary termination logistics, ensuring proper off‑boarding documentation and exit procedures.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in a Human Resources role supporting large teams (500+ employees) within multinational companies in Shared Services or BPO segments.
• A college or university degree, or equivalent work experience providing knowledge of fundamental HR theories and principles.
• 1+ year of experience actively utilizing HR data analysis to track employee experience or performance management.
• Fully bilingual Spanish/English with proficiency level B2 or higher.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools such as Google Gemini.
• Experience with Workspace Studio.
