Junior Associate Financial Accountant

About the role

Re:Sources, the shared services hub for Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Junior Associate Financial Accountant to support month‑end close, intercompany balances and financial reporting for US‑based entities. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information in line with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing activities according to established timelines.
• Prepare and post low‑ to medium‑complexity journal entries for assigned USMT entities.
• Update and maintain financial reports, contributing to the accuracy of actuals, budgets and forecasts.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and investigate related‑party transaction discrepancies.
• Prepare Financial Monitoring Controls (FMC) and upload them to the Blackline system.
• Assist internal and external auditors by providing required documentation and support.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
