Junior AI & Product Enablement Specialist

About the role

Sysdig is looking for a Junior AI & Product Enablement Specialist to help create and deliver hands‑on lab scenarios, technical content and training sessions that showcase real‑world cloud‑security use cases. You will work closely with senior instructors, use AI‑assisted coding tools, and develop your technical and presentation skills in a fast‑growing cloud‑security environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain lab scenarios and technical documentation using YAML and Markdown.
• Script and automate training environments with Bash or Python and troubleshoot delivery platforms such as Instruqt or LMS.
• Assist in designing and delivering demos, workshops, and training sessions, gradually taking ownership of smaller sessions.
• Write clear courseware and technical instructions, applying instructional design principles.
• Leverage AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate lab creation and content drafting while validating outputs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, seek feedback, and continuously improve technical depth and presentation confidence.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of core DevOps and cloud‑native concepts such as containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux and general cloud fundamentals.
• Comfortable scripting in at least one language (Bash or Python) and familiar with YAML/Markdown.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, with enthusiasm for teaching technical audiences.
• Willingness to experiment with AI coding/agent tools and to learn when to trust or verify their output.
• Curious, reliable, and proactive in seeking and integrating feedback.
