About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven professional to lead the marketing strategy of a leading B2B solutions provider. The role will strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified commercial opportunities, drive digital transformation, and inspire an innovative, automation‑focused team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals.
• Lead demand‑generation initiatives and B2B lead‑capture campaigns.
• Administer and optimize CRM, marketing‑automation platforms, and opportunity‑tracking processes.
• Manage digital campaigns, website, email marketing, social media, digital communities, corporate events, and brand‑positioning actions.
• Develop trade‑marketing and point‑of‑sale initiatives to boost brand presence.
• Analyze performance indicators, ROI, and commercial metrics to support decision‑making.
• Implement process improvements using digital tools and AI applied to marketing.
• Coordinate closely with sales teams to enhance opportunity generation and business growth.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, and manage agencies and external providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising, Communication or a related field.
• Preferable certifications in Digital Marketing, Analytics, CRM, Automation or AI.
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• At least 3 years leading marketing teams.
• Proven experience supporting sales teams and generating B2B demand.
• High‑intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Marketing‑automation tools.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• SEO, email‑marketing platforms and content‑management tools.
• Practical use of AI tools for process, campaign or content optimization.
