About the role

Glasstec is looking for a creative, proactive, and organized Content Creator to document projects and transform the installation team's work into engaging digital content. The role combines office tasks with on‑site field work, covering residential, commercial, and automotive projects.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany the installation team to capture processes, results, and client experiences.
• Produce photos, videos, reels, stories, interviews, testimonials, and before‑after visuals.
• Plan and develop content that showcases Glasstec’s services, products, projects, and quality standards.
• Record using smartphones, professional cameras, or other available audiovisual equipment.
• Edit assets for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms, adapting to each network’s format and trends.
• Write captions, headlines, and calls‑to‑action for publications.
• Coordinate content calendars and campaigns with the marketing team.
• Identify new content opportunities during project visits and propose creative ideas.
• Conduct brief interviews with clients, technicians, architects, and designers.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date media library and ensure all content aligns with Glasstec’s visual identity and standards.
• Manage permissions for filming properties, projects, and testimonials.
• Support coverage of events, fairs, launches, and special projects.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on results.

Required profile

• Technical, university education or proven experience in marketing, communication, advertising, audiovisual production, photography, design, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience creating social‑media content for brands, companies, or personal projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to spot storytelling opportunities.
