IT Product/Project Manager – Fintech Platform

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic IT Product/Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of a fintech product across mobile and web platforms. You will work closely with a Full‑Stack Developer and cross‑functional teams to deliver a secure, scalable, and user‑friendly solution that meets business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap, aligning goals with overall business strategy.
• Gather, prioritize, and manage requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value and user needs.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Communicate progress, risks, and roadblocks to stakeholders regularly.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to guide enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software environment.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum team management.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience applying user‑centered design principles.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of APIs and backend services.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of mobile development technologies.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools.
