About the role
The RTR Intercompany Analyst supports the Global Business Services organization by managing intercompany accounting across multiple business units. The role ensures accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of intercompany transactions while supporting month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end intercompany accounting activities, including transfers, allocations, settlements and recharges.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations, resolve discrepancies and monitor balances.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting in line with corporate policies and accounting standards.
- Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes related to intercompany transactions.
- Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Treasury and regional teams to maintain compliance.
- Prepare audit‑ready documentation and support internal and external audits.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in Record‑to‑Report (R2R), General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting or Shared Services.
- Strong knowledge of intercompany processes, reconciliations and financial close activities.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese or Canadian French.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
