Inbound Sales & Service Agent

About the role

The Inbound Sales and Service Agent will interact with customers before and after purchase through phone, email, chat, and social media. You will support the sales team by building strong relationships, handling product registrations, and promoting extended warranty plans.

Key responsibilities

• Assist new and existing customers with appliance registration and product inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to upsell extended service plans during conversations.
• Provide accurate information about products and services, handling objections and objections rebuttals.
• Document interactions in multiple database systems and maintain CRM data.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet sales targets and report equipment failure information.
• Meet or exceed defined KPIs and quality standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a bilingual call‑center or sales environment.
• Proficient spoken English for US‑based customers.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to handle objections.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
