Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to engage with existing and new customers, handling product registrations, warranty sales and service plan upsells via phone, email, chat and social media. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving revenue through extended warranty and service plan sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with registering new appliances and establishing rapport to position sales pitches.
• Promote and sell extended warranty and service plans, identifying opportunities during conversations.
• Upsell additional service plans for existing appliances in customers’ homes.
• Explain products and services clearly to prospective and existing customers.
• Listen to customer concerns, handle objections, and use rebuttals to close sales.
• Document interactions accurately across multiple database systems.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets set by leadership, ensuring quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey and share knowledge.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a call‑center environment with a sales focus.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.

Required skills

• Proficient spoken English for US‑based customers.
• Experience using CRM and multiple database systems.
