Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead people strategies in a regulated manufacturing environment near Cartago. The role partners with site leadership to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and a sustainable culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor people strategy metrics to identify and close performance gaps.
• Act as a strategic partner to site leadership, fostering engagement and culture development.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and coordinate local payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and maintain effective employee‑relations practices.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in human resources management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with HR metrics.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum 80%).
• Excellent communication, influence, and confidentiality skills across all organizational levels.
