Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Confluent Medical Technologies is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support its Costa Rica manufacturing sites. The HRBP will work closely with site executives and staff to align HR strategies with aggressive growth plans, operational excellence, and a safe, inclusive workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to improve employee relations, engagement, productivity and retention.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics, develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Design and implement HR strategies covering talent and performance management, workforce planning, communications and total rewards.
• Manage employee‑relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
• Track and report site HR metrics and ensure compliance with HR administration activities.

Required profile

• 8+ years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years supporting manufacturing or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, Finance or related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+).
• Strong knowledge of Costa Rica labor laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to influence, drive accountability and navigate ambiguity.
