Human Capital Consultant

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a dynamic Human Capital Consultant to join its Human Capital practice. In this role you will blend hands‑on talent acquisition work with strategic consulting projects that help clients redesign their people strategies, improve workforce effectiveness, and drive organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in consulting engagements covering workforce transformation, organizational design, talent management, employee experience, culture, change management and workforce planning.
• Collect, analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to produce actionable insights for clients.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, assessments and focus groups, and develop client presentations, reports and business cases.
• Support project management activities such as planning, coordination, status tracking and deliverable management.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and execute sourcing plans using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and market mapping.
