HR Strategy Design Consultant III – Learning & Development

About the role

The HR Strategy Design Consultant III will lead the design, development and evaluation of learning and development solutions that support business objectives. This role partners with HR and business leaders to assess training needs, create engaging instructional content and measure impact.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses and identify performance gaps.
• Design and develop web‑based training (WBT) storyboards, scripts, graphics and audio.
• Create learning objectives, assessments, instructor‑led guides and interactive exercises for classroom or virtual delivery.
• Manage project schedules, review cycles and deliverable reporting.
• Support HR strategic initiatives by gathering data, preparing presentations and tracking key performance indicators.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to solve business problems and recommend improvements to learning programs.
• Document training plans, evaluate effectiveness and suggest modifications.
