HR Services Advisor

About the role

The HR Services Advisor will provide high‑quality, consistent HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with employees, line managers, executives and external parties to ensure HR and pay policies are applied effectively, contributing to a great workplace and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver HR advice, support and resolution to all levels of the organisation.
• Administer executive, manager, HR and GBS transactional activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Process redundancy payments, mutual agreements and ensure statutory compliance.
• Handle due‑diligence and administrative tasks for mergers, acquisitions and site closures.
• Provide guidance on Data Privacy, Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests.
• Enter and maintain accurate employee data in Workday and related HR systems.
• Manage service‑management tools and case escalation to meet service level agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies and procedures.
• Experience with redundancy calculations, mutual agreements and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with Data Privacy processes and handling Subject Access Requests.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and the wider HR community.
