HR Data Administrator

About the role

Cargill is seeking an HR Data Administrator to support its global workforce of 160,000 employees. In this role you will maintain accurate position data, ensure alignment with organizational structures, and support HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update position data in SuccessFactors, processing creation, modification, and deletion requests.
• Handle HR service requests related to position management using Remedyforce and ServiceNow.
• Provide routine support to employees and managers on position data, organizational structure, and HR policies.
• Conduct internal and external research on industry trends and assess impacts on position management processes.
• Assist with compliance monitoring, audits, and data reconciliation to ensure accurate records.
• Participate in process‑optimization projects and identify opportunities for standardization.
• Collaborate with HR teams on onboarding, transfers, and terminations to ensure timely processing of position‑related transactions.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in HR operations, data administration or data management.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
