Head of Paid Media – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, numbers‑driven Head of Paid Media to lead the vision, execution and optimisation of all paid acquisition channels for a fast‑growing SaaS/D2C company. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own a multi‑million‑dollar budget and shape the customer acquisition engine while working fully remotely with international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across Search, Social, Display and emerging platforms.
• Own the global paid media budget, allocating spend to meet CAC, ROAS and LTV targets.
• Lead, mentor and expand a high‑performing team of media buyers and external agency partners.
• Design and run rigorous A/B testing frameworks for creative, landing pages and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering and Creative teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution and reporting.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, privacy changes and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar annual budgets in high‑growth SaaS or D2C environments.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and programmatic platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and external vendors.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting metrics to executive leadership.
